Nora Harvey is a local Contemporary Artist working in her home studio in Olde Walkerville, Windsor, ON. Growing up in Europe in Hungary, she always had a passion for art spending countless hours sketching and painting. Nature is the main inspiration for her art. She approaches her paintings intuitively beginning with a solid textured background which develops into an idea by drawing, painting and sculpting the paint onto the canvas. Her chosen style is abstract landscape and impressionism with a love of rich and bright colours. Her art is inspired by the movement of contemporary creation through various influences and inspirations such as textures on a tree, waves and reflections on water and cloud formations.
Works from her “In Dreams: Solo Art Show” will be on display in the Dance Hall and in the second-floor gallery spaces for our concert guests to enjoy. All paintings are available for purchase with cash or credit.
