On Friday, November 11, 2022, Paul and Kati Jane Murray presented The Beatles & Beyond Tribute Charity Concert at Chrysler Theatre to raise money for professional VISUAL ARTISTS and MUSICIANS in Windsor-Essex who have faced financial hardships in the last three years.

The Murrays asked Windsor Endowment for the Arts (WEA) to help distribute the proceeds from the concert to artists in our region through a microgrant program.

MicroGrant Application Process

Who is Eligible to Receive a Microgrant?

Any visual artist or musician who answers YES to ALL of the following:

  • Is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident?
  • Is 18 years of age or older?
  • Is recognized as a professional, practicing artist by other artists working in the same field?
*This means you are actively making art, not just thinking about it. You have shown your artwork or played music in public. Other artists doing similar work see you as a peer. If you are an undergrad student, you are not considered a professional artist yet.
